Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah): 2–5 business days.
  • Other Regions: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time depending on the courier.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across most locations in Saudi Arabia. Additional verification may be required before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. Saudi e-commerce rules require sellers to inform customers of anticipated delivery delays and honor agreed delivery obligations.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the Saudi National Address where applicable. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or cancellation. Saudi Arabia requires a National Address for parcel deliveries.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
